Dangerball 77

Dangerball is a Unreal Tournament 2004 conversion where two teams of roller skaters bash each other for control of the ball and to score points. It includes melee attacks using bats, pipes, and riot shields in addition to ranged weapons like molotov cocktails and oil slicks.

• Prototyped roller-skating movement code, developed grenade, baton, and shield based weapons


• Created dual weapon system that allowed the player to hold both grenades and a shield or baton


• Implemented dynamic Jersey texture to apply player’s name, number, and team color


• Added player & weapon selection screens


• Coordinated tasks, assessed features with other leads
